Do your SQUATS ladies!!! At first I started slowly. Taking my time to get use to squating. It did hurt my upper leg after doing 50 squats per day for three days. It felt like my legs were going to give in everytime I walk. But the pain reminded me it is working and it kept me going. Then I continued squating, holding 10lbs weights each hand. “Keep on going, keep on going.” is what I say to myself. The pain has has promised me something good and I got it! I am still stoked to see the results. Not to mention I lost a little bit of “side thigh” fats. Do this everyday ‘till you are happy with your new plump and juicy bum.
